DESCRIPTION:
SUBJECT
The subject matter of this contract is the supply of the scientific materials and instruments to be listed in Schedule V, in accordance with the Standard and Technical Specifications attached contract notice. Each of the instruments listed in Schedule V is a lot. Nevertheless, it is not included in the subject matter of the contract, in all cases, the so-called refurbished scientific instrumental or material.
The contract is divided into 32 lots within 5 SETS:
SET 1: Lithography
SET 2: Wetbenches and fume-hoods
SET 3: Deposition and Etching
SET 4: Characterizations tools
SET 5: Magnetometry Laboratory
It is possible to submit a tender to one or more lots.
