Gina Palha is a skilled social media management professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Since joining INL in 2016 as part of the Communication, Conferences, and Marketing Unit, she has driven social media strategy and content development, significantly enhancing INL's online engagement and visibility. As Corporate Communication and Marketing Officer, Gina has successfully grown INL's digital presence, achieving a 35% increase in engagement through platform-specific strategies and visually compelling content. Her management of the European Researchers' Night Initiative showcases her ability to lead impactful, large-scale social media campaigns that broaden INL's outreach and foster meaningful audience interactions.
Gina’s academic background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing from IPAM and a Licentiate Degree in International Relations from the University of Minho, complemented by specializations in Graphic Design and Tourism & Management. Before INL, she worked as a Project Manager for AMI’s Aventura Solidária initiative and collaborated with international clients as a freelance Social Media Manager, Designer, and Marketer. Her expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and brand design has consistently driven audience engagement and client growth. Certifications in CSR Reporting, Climate Change Communication, and a Digital Marketing Master Course further enhance her approach to effective, dynamic social media management.
