Jitendra Kumar

Postdoctoral Researcher

Sadewasser Research Group

I am currently a Marie Curie Research Fellow at INL, where my research focuses on enhancing our understanding of the factors that limit the performance of Sb2Se3 thin-film solar cells. Using these insights, I aim to develop high-efficiency Sb2Se3 solar cell devices.

I hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, an M.Tech in Nanotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University Lucknow.

Previously, he has served as a postdoctoral fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel. In addition to his current role at INL, he is also an INSPIRE Faculty in the Department of Electronics Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Dhanbad, where his research group is focused on BaZrS3 thin film solar cells.
