As a Food Scientist Junior Research Fellow, I specialize in bridging cutting-edge research with practical industry applications. Currently engaged in food product development and optimization through the encapsulation of active compounds in nanoemulsions, I collaborate with a startup, to foster innovation and product optimization in the Food Industry.
My academic journey, currently ending a Ph.D. in Food Science and Nutrition, with a background on Biological engineering and a Master in Chemical and Food technologies complemented by rich and diverse certifications, that improved my skills in strategic negotiation, project management, and entrepreneurial leadership.
At the heart of my hobbies is TheResearcher.AI, an initiative I founded to enhance research career productivity using AI and personal development tools. This project reflects my commitment to balancing research professional advancement with personal well-being.
With a background in food packaging and formulation solutions and roles at PepsiCo,various international projects, and consultancy in innovation for food industry my career is a testament to my passion for driving sustainable, health-focused innovations in the food industry.
