As head of HR at INL, I am leading the HR strategy and operations to foster a best in class environment enabling the success of Individuals, teams and organisation.

My duties are related to:

• Accompanying and advising the executive board to take well informed decisions related to HR matters (policies, processes, systems, initiatives, frameworks) fostering a progressive top notch environment
• Structuring and developing the HR department, activities and team to support very closely all employees and managers in their day to day to thrive and be at their best
• Providing guidance leading to have INL as a healthy, safe and enjoyable workplace where DEI is truly incarnated
• Actively contributing to spread INL strategy, vision, mission and values within the community leading to common ground and shared sense of purpose
• Promoting a good balance between right brain (emotions) and left brain (logic) in the way we manage INL activities, projects and employees
• Inspiring new idea's, forward thinking and new ways of working

I hold a Master Degree in Sociology (ULB, Belgium, 1997) and an European Master in Work Sciences (UCL and Università degli Studi di Firenze, 1998)
