The International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory hosted the 78th IUVSTA (International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications) Workshop on “New Horizons in Oxynitride Thin Films: from Synthesis to Applications”.
The workshop took place from October 5th to 9th.
